A new investment firm focused exclusively on the energy efficiency sector has been hailed as a “first of its kind” after this week pulling off a successful £100m IPO. SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust plc (SEEIT) announced late last week that it has raised £100m through the issuance of 100 million Ordinary Shares at an issue price of 100 pence.
